• egg/ egg white scramble with chopped green onions and Roma tomatoes
• ½ cup cottage cheese
• ½ slice of Honey Oat toasted bread with margarine
• 1 golden kiwi
• almond milk latte

This meal is around 360 calories with 20 grams of protein. I like savoury flavours so I sprinkle some black pepper and other seasoning on my cottage cheese. Enjoy!
