They are so easy and the best part is you only need one pan! Happy Sunday loves! How was your weekend? I literally have relaxed more than I have in months in the past two days. Got a date night in with my man last night and ate lots of tacos and guacamole and dessert. Ran some errands today and now relaxing and trying to decide what to make for dinner...these might have to happen again...



Deets: 1 pound @marinadelreyfoods wild shrimp seasoned with 2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder, 2 teaspoons cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon oregano. Sauté some red onions, red pepper and sliced jalapeños in coconut oil, after a minute add about 2 teaspoons coconut aminos. Sauté for another 3 mins or so until soft, then add shrimp and sauté for about 3-4 minutes more until cooked through. Layer some tortillas with @lef_farms, the peppers and onions, shrimp, avocado and cilantro. Squeeze some lime over the top. Add extra onion if you’d like.
