Italian Air Fried Chicken Nuggets Hazelnut Tomato Dip

Italian Air Fried Chicken Nuggets Hazelnut Tomato Dip - ITALIAN AIR FRIED (juicy!) CHICKEN “NUGGETS” with a HAZELNUT TOMATO DIP!
Here’s a quick and delicious #whole30 meal for you. I wanted to make something savory with hazelnut and turns out hazelnut and tomato go FABULOUS together. I used @georgiagrinders hazelnut butter for this dip, and it paired so well with the Italian chicken! It is also amazing with fries, as a veggie dip and as a spread on savory toast. Made this for dinner last week, and my boyfriend ended up getting up and grabbing some rice crackers after he was done just to have more dip...called it “hazelnut crack dip.” I’m making some more this week to have since the first batch went pretty fast! Happy Wednesday loves! Hope you’re all having a fabulous week. About to try to attack a few items on my to-do list...wish me luck

Deets: chicken breast cut up into nuggets and seasoned generously with Italian seasoning (could make your own by combining 2 tablespoons each of basil, oregano and parsley, and 1 tablespoon each of rosemary thyme, garlic powder, chili flakes and some salt) and tossed in coconut aminos. I sprayed the chicken with coconut oil and air fried on 350 for about 10 minutes...they are super juicy! Served with avocado, broccolini, and this dip: 1/4 cup @georgiagrinders haze it butter, 3 teaspoons coconut aminos, 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well to combine.
