I LOVE a good cobb salad, they are so hearty and satisfying. đŸ˜‹ Made this salad for dinner the other night using some prepped salmon, prepped hard boiled egg and quick AIR FRIED @chomps Grass fed beef and turkey sticks “bacon” (which were amazing!) It came together in no time! I made one for my boyfriend to take for lunch the next day and he loved it. @chomps has these new “Chomplings, which are a small snack sized version of their turkey and beef sticks: the perfect size for school lunches or to add to salads like this! They are also paleo and whole30 approved, with no added sugar! This dressing is one I make pretty often...creamy with a slight sweet and tangy flavor. Deets: 

mixed greens, red onion, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, avocado, hemp seeds, Wild salmon (patted dry and seasoned with salt, paprika, garlic powder and seared in coconut oil on medium high for 2 minutes per side), @chomps chomplings cut up and air fried for 2 minutes on 390, and this dressing. Dressing: 1 tablespoon mustard, 2 tablespoons almond milk yogurt, 1 teaspoon water, 1 teaspoon coconut aminos, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
