🌸 INGREDIENTS 🌸

tikka thigh piece 
salt 
red chilli powder 
ginger garlic paste 
tikka masala 
crushed chillies 
green chillies 
tomatoes 
yogurt 
mint leaves
cumin seeds

chicken stock 
garam masala
black pepper
cardamom 4 ( elaichi )
bay leaves ( tezz paat )
star anise ( badyan k phool )
vinegar 
water
coal
oil
rice

🌸 METHOD 🌸
.
🥢 (for tikka) in a container add vinegar 1 cup, salt 3 tbsp and dip chicken thighs in it for half hour. After that wash them and boil for chicken stock now take the pieces out and add red chilli powder 2 tbsp, salt 2 tbsp, ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, yogurt 1 tbsp, crushed chillies 1 tbsp, tikka masala whole packet mix it well. After 10 minutes fry them in a pan and give smoke.

(for pulao) heat oil and fry sliced onions 4 till light brown then add tomatoes 3, yogurt half cup, cumin seeds, cardamon, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, chicken stalk, garam masala, tezz paat, mint leaves and green chillies. Add water and rice in it, cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 15 minutes or till the rice is done!
