Pork chop Ingredients:
*2-3 pounds of porch chops (however thick you like yours cut will work)
*3 cans/boxes of cream of mushroom soup
*1/4-1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
*olive oil for searing,1-2 Tablespoons
*salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat a large skillet over high heat and pour in a tablespoon or two of olive oil. 
2. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Sear the pork chops, about 30 seconds on each side. Be careful not to cook all the way through. 
4. Remove pork chops from pan and transfer them to a crock pot. 
5. Top pork chops with cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce. 
6. Put the lid on, and turn the heat to either low for about 6 hours, or high for about 3 hours. 
7. Serve with mashed potatoes, and the mushroom soup as gravy. Enjoy!

CROCK POT MASHED POTATOES
INGREDIENTS:
*3 pounds baby red potatoes (1-2 inch wide)
*4 Tablespoons butter
*4 oz. cream cheese
*1/4 cup sour cream
*1/2 to 1 cup milk, depending on how creamy you like them *salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Fill a crock pot with 3 pounds of potatoes (washed, skins left on) and nothing else.
2. Put the lid on and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours. 
3. Mash potatoes roughly, then add the butter, sour cream, cream cheese, and milk. Mix with a handheld mixer until smooth and creamy. 
4. Season to taste at the end. These are easy and delicious when served with the crock pot pork chops!
