• ½ Costco-sized pack of chicken drums
• flour
• sauces: teriyaki, stingin’ honey garlic, lea & perrins, Korean beef dressing, Nando’s peri-peri, sriracha
• ground black pepper & garlic salt
• panko bread crumbs

• Preheat oven to 350 F
• Fill three mixing bowls with flour, sauces, and panko bread crumbs separately
• Evenly coat the chicken drums in flour
• Using tongs, dip each coated drum into the sauce mixture
• Then roll each drum in the panko crumbs. Coat evently!
• Place chicken thighs on a baking rack on top of a tray. This helps keep the outside nice and crispy.
• Bake for 55min
