INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups of frozen blueberries
• ½ cup frozen strawberries
• ½ banana
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp hemp hearts
• 2 tbsp granola cereal
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

DIRECTIONS:
• Blend the frozen fruits and ½ cup almond milk until it becomes a creamy smooth mixture.
• Add in banana, protein powder and remaining almond milk and blend.
• Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds, hemp hearts, granola and fresh blueberries.
This recipe yields 1 bowl at around 450 calories with 22g of protein. Enjoy 💕
